How to create new rule for email

Select an email in the Inbox for which you want to create the new Filing Rule.

Left click on the “Filing” icon of the Action Toolbar. From the drop down menu, select the option “Create New Rule”. When this is done, your “folder tree” will appear, containing a list of all of your email folders.

Select the Folder in which you want to store the selected emails, as well as all other emails from this sender. The email is immediately transferred to the selected Folder.

When you next receive an email from the same sender, you will see the name of the Folder on the Action Toolbar in place of the “Filing” icon. Clicking on this Folder will file the email in the same folder, consistent with the rule you just established.
